I doubt your actually expecting an answer to the question of how to send cash over the Internet; however, let me say that it is not only possible but available in pilot for certain states. Is that believable?
Would you use cash if it were physically possible to use on the web or is it too risky? Example with cash one does not have the ability to initiate a chargeback.
So, your saying that transparency doesn't apply to any one other than government organizations and their officials? Does everyone else agree with that notion?
