Well, you don't seem to get it. If what you accused our Prophet is true, child sex abuse would have been our tradmark all over the world because we are his followers and if he did it we would have done the same. And yet look at who is #1 in doing that: the very same people who filled your head with lies against Muhammad (peace be upon him).
You wrote about the trinity that "It would be similar to the idea that your head, your hands and your feet are all individual parts, but it still makes up one person."!!
So is Jesus a part of God or "fully" God? Because my foot is only a part of me but my toe is not fully me, right?
And, since when Gos is made of parts?!!!! How can you afford to say that God is like this or like that when you read in your bible many times over that you can not say God is like this or that? There is nothing like unto HIM! One can not even apply the word "LIKE" to God, my dear friend. God is God and man is man and God is not like us in any way. Thanks and may God guide us all!
You also wrote: "I can place my hand in a bowl of water. When I do this, I am both in water and out of water. Just as Jesus can become man and come to Earth, while the Father remains in Heaven, and the Holy Spirit remains in our heart."
Wrong! When you placed your hand in water, it's not you who is in water, as you wrote "When I do this, I am both in water and out of water", because you are not your hand. It was your hand that got inside water but not all of you.
And I got confused more when you wrote: "Jesus as Jesus became man and came to earth"!! So what about Jesus as God?? Why did you say Jesus as Jesus???!!!!!!!!! Is Jesus, the part of God - according to you - also made of parts?
Lin, you wrote: "God is the Father, Jesus is his son, and the holy spirit comes from within. It isn't hard to understand. Three separate entities."
So if "God is the Father" and "Jesus is his son" then Jesus can not be God, unless you say the Faher is the Son and the Son is the Father, which does not make any sense, with all due respect. If it does, please explain.
And you can never say the Son is the Father yet you say "Jesus is God"!!
Let's put it this way: God = the Father, Jesus = the Son, and then according to your church God = Jesus. Then folloing this "logic", one could come to say: the Father = the Son, meaning that the Father is the Son, which you consider wrong. And if it's wrong to reach this, then it's all wrong from the start.
And you said: "Three separate entities"!!! OMG! Is God one entity or "three separate entities"?? "Three separate entities" acctually means in basic English 3 seperat gods!!! And you don't believe that, of course. But it is so, according to your choice of words to explain the Trinity!!
