As I've said before, yes.

If not legalized, decriminalized to the point where possession is only an infraction (like a parking ticket) punishable by a small fine. Regulation of it is also okay, just like alcohol and tobacco are regulated but legal.

Criminalization of drug use has been tried and tested for decades now. It doesn't work. It makes no sense to keep doing what has been proven not to work and not accomplished the goals stated. We are just helping to make more criminals.

The Xbox 360 arguably has better games/on-line gaming, but the physical box itself is a piece of crap. Everyone I know who has one has had it break and needed to replace it at least once. Many more than once, and one poor sole is on his 6th box.

The PS3 gives you more for your money from the hardware. But as mentioned before while it has great games, arguably the best games are on Xbox 360 now.

You said "save" but neither option is about saving money but making money. That being said, selling is a short-term income at best. Work can provide a long term income.

They were with a half-dozen friends, so the establishment tacked what it called a mandatory 18 percent gratuity onto the bill.

They supposedly had to find their own napkins and cutlery while their waitress caught a smoke, had to go to the bar for soda refills, and had to wait over an hour for salad and wings.

Their reaction, "You can't give us terrible, terrible service and expect a tip".

The restaurant took their money for the food and drinks, but then call the police over the tip who treated the matter as a theft and arrested them.

Just so long as we are clear. You are saying that no one should have any disposable income as long as someone can't afford medical care themselves. You basically think the rest of us should be slaves to raise money to pay for everyone's medical care.

So you don't spend any of your money on yourself beyond basic necessities? 100% of everything else you have goes to charities to help others and the government (since I'm assuming you consider the government a charitable organization). No TVs, no computers, no VCRs, no games. Is that true, or are you a hypocrite for calling those who spend their money on a game selfish while you let someone die for lack of basic medical care?

First this was sales from people from all over the world, not just the US; and it was private sales/money that paid for these games. Second, it was a record breaking onetime event not something that happens every 5 days. Third, if you took all that money ($500 Million) it equals $1.80/person. What kind of health care are you going to buy/get for $1.80? A band-aid and some ointment?
