Should kids be able to have mobiles in the classroom?

I thought if there was an emergency you where suppose to lock yourself in the class room and call 911. Can't do that with out mobile phones.

Adult websites should be on their own domain extension. .xxx for example.

Bad idea. It would be impossible to force them to be on the .xxx TLD, so you would still have them everywhere else in addition to the now easy to locate .xxx domain. Would make porn surfing easier though.
