Wrongly incarcerated had time added to sentence for prison crimes. What disposition if found innocent of original charges?
Deduct time for new crimes from time served and have balance of sentence (if any) served.
Let the person go free because if not wrongly convicted the person wouldn't have committed any crimes in prison.
Let the innocent person go free and have the prosecuting attorney serve the additional time for crimes committed in prison.
