Frustrating yes. In my situation though I do not think this person believes they are better but they do not want to feel inferior. I believe they are very insecure and have been taken advantage of before by business guys. Anyway thank for your input.
This particular person is also in a position of power. He/She has a very deliberate rule that they will never apologise even if they know they are wrong. They will instead listen to the person they have wronged and say text book phrases like "I hear your feedback and take it on board". This personis also a master practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
I was really working on the premise that all wars are started between between Governments usually based around the acquisition of power or commodities that bring power e.g. land, oil etc etc. If there was only one government, they would have no one to fight.
Communities I guess could then handle things from there.
