That's insanity. Dark days are coming for those people, the number of atheists and agnostics are rising according to surveys.

What does the religious affiliation, or lack of, of a politician have to do with anything especially when the rate of people who "Do not believe in God" is growing ever year!

I apologize for taking so long to clarify and for not making the intent cleat in the question, but the past few days have been rather hectic in my life.

My question was sparked by an article I read a few days ago about, as Ahrotahntee put it "Designing Human Beings" and a book I recently read,titled Next. I was wondering what the general population thinks when it comes to the morality on this subject.

Yes, that is true. But I've heard only that of the priests that are in denominations that don't allow their priests to marry. I have never heard of this about any of the priests that follow my denomination, but that can be because I am so young and my parents don't want me to know that that is going on.

Yeah. in the denomination of christianity that I am allows both. We have a woman bishop and I have know many gay priests.
