The sun's solar output of UV radiation has been rising ever since we measured it decades ago. That probably also plays a big part, though the past 3 years have seen a decrease in this production. so, I would expect a stabalization of cancer rates if this was a key influence.

Anyone see the simpsons episode on this? Homer gets the crayon from his brain removed and he becomes intelligent, but hate life being smart, so he gets the crayon hammered back up there (by Moe). That is my opinion of what would happen. Can you please pass the dumb pills?

Absolutely... I know in America if a woman wants an abortion and a man doesnt, it's tough for him. but if a woman doesnt want one, and a man does, then he gets to incur fun payments, sometimes not even for his biological offspring. I dont know the best solution here, I just think women get too much power and the laws are too lopsided in my nation. And I cant abide any law that is skewed.
