What other crimes do you think should get the capital punishment? And why stop at murder (deliberately)?

If you apply the capital penalty for rapists, burglary and shoplifting the offender wouldn't be able to do it again either. =)

Do you believe that a Correctional System can change and rehabilitate a criminal?

Is it possible to prove someone murdered someone else deliberately and, latter on, after the death of the subject, understand that a mistake was made?

If so... how to correct the situation?

You can be right.

In my point of view is different.

The way I see it, people, sometimes, have a hard time to understand how stupid their actions (and thoughts) are proving themselves.

Sometimes, from within, is very difficult to change...

But I understand you completely.

The thing, on mass destruction weapons is: It was very bad that the military could not produce the necessary evidence to prove the amazing doomsday machine Saddam was hidding.
